Well I finally got the answer I was not looking for. Went in the shop Saturday morning to get a part for my lawn mower. As I opened the door and looked back towards the parts counter, I was relived not to see that smartaSS kid Matt not at the helm. So I waited in line and finally my turn came up and I got a gentleman named Jim. Well guess what, Jim is Matt’s dad and the owner of the shop.
I asked for a part (sparkplug) and they were out of it. But while was standing there, I showed Jim a picture of a lose wire on my lawnmower and asked what it was and where it plugged into. He shrugged and said “I don’t know and I would find a plug to plug it into,” in the same smug, condescending tone he has taught his son. I asked if I could get the part he was out of at an auto store, he looked at me and said I don’t know. It was a fu@king sparkplug, which I did get afterwards, with no problem at an auto parts store.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT SHOP. And I know four others who do not go there because of their poor customer service and smugness.
